The rumours are true, Dune Rats will be hanging out at San Vino, filming for their web series, letting the red wine soak into their pores, and treating us to some tunes. They’ll be joined by the winner of the Stoke Soundcheck, plus other bands and DJs to be announced. Excited? We sure are.
The soon-to-be famous wine fight of La Rioja, northern Spain. Yes, the delicious, world-class vino tinto that has made La Rioja famous is used as weaponry in this battle above the Spanish vineyards.
The Wine Fight is known as La Batalla de Vino de Haro by the locals, this is the perfect opportunity to visit one of the world’s great red-wine regions and leave after being soaked head-to-toe in the grape juice that didn’t make the grade.

La Tomatina, Spain’s famous tomato battle, is the world’s biggest food fight. This crazy war of salad vegetables (fruit?) is waged in the streets of Buñol, just outside the city of Valencia.
