What is a champion?

 

SUBU Debates is led by student debate champions who meet regularly to choose the topics and promote and run debates with support from SUBU. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Being a debate Champion is more than just turning up to the debates. There's a lot of thought and consideration that goes into deciding the topics, questions, panellists etc. If you're interested and want to know more, follow SUBU debates on all social media and keep an eye out for when the next debate is. Come along and see what you think, if you realise this is the place for you, perfect! 

 

 

Unfortunately training has now stopped for this year but if you want to be a champion please sign up to the mailing list below so you can get the latest information. Keep an eye out at the beginning of the next university year for when the next training sessions are open and you can become a debate champion.
